One-fourth of America’s population lives in rural areas. Compared with urban Americans, rural residents have higher poverty rates, a larger percentage of elderly, tend to be in poorer health, have fewer doctors, hospitals, and other health resources, and face more difficulty getting to health services( AHRQ, 2006). The demand for physicians to practice and urban and rural areas remain critical, as small town suffer with the inability to locate physicians who will provide health care services and their clinics. Small towns around the world, faces the loss of medical treatment, due to significant decrease of doctors in their town. Many factors have contributed to the disappearance of the country doctor, including the increasingly specialized nature of medical practices and the rapid pace of technological advancement (Health Care Delivery: Rural vs. Urban Communities, 2009). On the other hand, there are substantial differences between urban and rural medical practices. The social problems
