This is a liquid chromatography / tandem mass spectrometry based 17-OHP assay. • Specimen requirements: • 500ul plasma, avoid hemolysis in a heparinized tube (green top) • Freeze at -20C until shipping • Ship frozen on dry ice • Please find a copy of our Biochemical Genetics Laboratory requisition here.
