eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0 – 2002 Edition comes with SDKs for the Pocket PC 2000, Pocket PC 2002, and Smartphone 2002 and supports development for custom Windows CE 3.0 devices. Note: The Pocket PC 2002 SDK can be used with both eMbedded Visual Basic 3.0 and eMbedded Visual C++ 3.0, whereas the Smartphone 2002 SDK is supported only by eMbedded Visual C++ 3.0.
