A privately held travel-center developer has immediate plans to develop a first class travel center at the intersection of I-15 and US Highway 93, with an anticipated opening in the first quarter 2006. VesCor Development has selected a contractor and is under contract to build an entry road into Apex Central and its completion is anticipated within the fourth quarter 2005. Additionally, VesCorp Development has contracted for an entry road and railroad crossing to gain access to the Industrial Rail portion of the Park, with an anticipated completion date in second quarter 2006. Grading and development work is on-going within the southern portion of the Park at the intersection of SR 604 and I-15.
