Students receive services until 2 years of measurable data has been accumulated. This data would include T-CAP data and ELDA data(ESL state- mandated test. After two years of data has been accumulated students can be considered Transitional ESL for the next two years. During that two year period these students are monitored by the ESL teacher. The student can be brought back into ESL classes during that time should student performance show a need. After that two year period the student is exited from the ESL program.
