What determines the type and amount of refreshments offered during Placement?
The costs for food items are controlled by the hotel/convention center for each city and prices vary. The venues require that we use their in-house catering and food services for any refreshments offered during the Convention. A gallon of coffee can cost as much as $90.00, and water as much as $75.00 per gallon plus tax and gratuity!
