What determines success or failure in a turnaround?
Dogged determination and shared sacrifice, to start with. Also, having a realistic, workable plan, and communicating it in a way that will win confidence, turn morale and get everyone behind the company working as a team. Finally, effective execution of the plan and controlling results as you move forward is at least as important as the plan itself. Doing that well is the real test.
