What determines success hardwork or intelligence?
Hard work is the most important ingredient. Intelligence helps you go further, faster. There are plenty of genius level IQ people who are not doing well financially (I am assuming you mean successful in the material and social arena). In fact, the jails are filled with people who could qualify for MENSA (a group that requires you to be in the top 2% for I.Q.). As for hard work, you can’t beat this. This is the factor that makes or breaks success in my opinion.
