What determines if students get promoted?
Promotion is determined by the school in accordance with Regulation 4500.1 Promotion and Retention. Teachers will use a student’s cumulative folder as a storage vessel for the Report Card and can simply write “See Enclosed Report Card” on the Grades’ Section of a student’s cumulative folder.
