Standard gates feature heavy duty plastic covers. The library may choose to have the standard plastic covers replaced with customized wood covers designed to match the librarys dcor. Library has the option of mounting gates into the floor or into portable base plates. The latter option may also eliminate the need to drill into flooring for the purpose of placing conduit.
