Designs consider electrical, HVAC, and plumbing runs when laying out the structure. • Conventional, energy efficient details are standard with a CLH designed log home. • CLH uses only the Finest Log Materials. Western pine, Engleman Spruce, Ponderosa Pine or Lodgepole Pine are selected from dead standing timber or have been air dried for a minimum of 2 5 years. Kiln dried Eastern White Pine logs are also available.
