WHAT DEPARTMENTS REQUIRE A PENNSYLVANIA CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATION AND HOW CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION?
There are three (3) departments which require a Civil Service examination: Children and Youth, Mental Health/Mental Retardation/Drug and Alcohol, and Aging and Adult Services. Employment applications are retained by Human Resources for one (1) year from the date of the application. Employment applications are filed by month received. Please remember the month you applied.
