Top Dental services are usually classified into different coverage levels. Level I services include preventive and diagnostic care services such as semiannual examinations & cleaning, x-rays and other diagnostic services. Level II (basic services) includes simple restoration (fillings), crowns and jackets, repair of crowns, extractions and root canals. Level III (major services) includes dentures, bridges and replacement of bridges and dentures.
