What denomination or theology does Discovery Broadcasting Academy adhere to?
As Christians we believe in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Discovery Broadcast Academy is a mentor based radio broadcasting training program designed for individuals who are serious about getting into radio. We concentrate on Christian broadcasting because of a need in the industry for more people with practical training to fill positions at Christian stations around the world. The training program does not get into theology or denominational doctrine. The business of operating an effective radio station is the same whether it the station is Christian or not. Discovery Broadcasting Academy does go into much more detail on the topic on Non-Commercial radio than other available schools because so many Christian stations are licensed by the FCC as Non-commercial.
