What Denomination is Bethany?
Bethany is an independent Christian Church, which means that we are not affiliated with a denomination, though our congregation is made up of people from many backgrounds — Protestant, Catholic, and those who have never attended church before. For more information on what we believe, visit our Statement of Faith. We are governed congregationally — our congregation votes every year on elder nominations, ministry reports, and the budget. In addition, a pastor cannot be called into service at Bethany without the majority decision of the congregation.
