What Demographic Selections are available for Residential lists?
• Owner/Renter – Indicates whether or not the resident is a renter or a homeowner. • Marital Status – Indicates the presence of at least one married and/or single individual in the household. • Gender – Individual’s gender. • Age Ranges (Adults & Children) – Age of primary person or other adult household member in the household. Indicates the presence of a child in the household between or equal to the ages of 0 and 17. • Number of People in Household (Adults & Children) – The number of known adults and children in the household. • Household Income – Total annual actual income for the household, or the total annual median income for a distribution of households.
