What demands does the technology place upon teachers and students?
Jasper forces kids to be more independent of their teachers. The kids cannot simply rely on the teacher to give them the answer to the challenge. Also, kids have to learn to work together and to be patient. The challenge is very complex and a simple formula will not solve the problem. The students have to rely on each other and begin to set sub goals for themselves and identify sub problems. Also, Jasper may force teachers to really teach their kids how to be good problem solvers and how to work as a group.
