Deities worshipped (or not) all vary from tradition to tradition and area to area. Most old religions believed in one God and Goddess who were seen as male and female parts of nature. The God usually represented the hunter and protector and the Goddess represented fertility and the land/nature. First, I would not really say Witches “worship” anything, but rather respect it and recognize it (especially as equal). Many Witches do not “worship” any deities at all, but respect the singular most powerful force known as Nature instead. This all depends on your tradition and the ways of that tradition. A Witch from Russia, for an example, may worship a God/Goddess (or both) native only to his/her area, while a Witch from Ireland will do the same for his/her area.
