What degrees are stored in Advance? How are they loaded?
Advance stores all UW degrees earned in the Degree window. New degrees and entities are loaded monthly from the Student Database (SDB) for all new graduates in a process called “addgrads.” More information can be found about degrees and what to do if a donor or alumnus reports a discrepancy with the Advance degree information in the Bio Maintenance manual.
