What defines South Fidalgo Island?
For simplicity, the committee defines the jurisdication of the South Fidalgo Community Council as that area of unincorporated Fidalgo Island included in Skagit County’s Dewery, Rosario, and Fidalgo voting precincts. The map below shows voting precinct boundaries. To be eligible to be an SFCC councilmember, a person must be legitimately registered to vote in one of those three precincts.
