What Defines a “Commercial / Professional Diver” ?
There are various definitions such as diving by and through employment, diving for hire, for a specificly assigned task, etc., simply put… if your diving for ANY purpose other than recreation, rescue, or for scientific research purposes you MUST be “commercially/professionally” trained at an accredited ACDE/ANSI training institutions.
