We have two plans – Plan I offers a $10,000, $15,000, $20,000, $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000 deductibles and does not require a basic health insurance plan (certain states are excluded). Plan II offers a $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 $500,000 and $1,000,000 deductibles, this plan requires a basic health insurance plan (please see Plan details on our homepage Excess Major Medical Plan II).
