The service would publish the following selected opinions and rulings: –Circuit Court opinions or decisions, including certain interlocutory rulings such as on motions to dismiss or motions for summary judgment, or concerning evidence or discovery issues; –Circuit Court decisions on appeal from the Maryland District Court; –Circuit Court decisions on appeal or from State or local administrative agencies or boards; –Circuit Court decisions by three judge panels (en banc review); –Decisions or rulings on administrative appeal or by quasi-administrative courts including the Office of Administrative Hearings.. In addition, the service will include in its headnote compilations, headnotes (only) for reported administrative decisions of the Court of Appeals and Court of Special Appeals. These headnote-summaries also will also appear in a special section of a Maryland Decisions weekly newsletter. [Full text opinions from appellate courts will not be reproduced in Maryland Decisions.
