What decision has Starwood Preferred Guest® (SPG®) made regarding high-speed Internet for its members?
SPG continually seeks ways to expand and improve the best-in-class rewards and benefits we offer our most loyal customers. To that end, on March 1, we implemented complimentary in-room Internet access as an additional in-hotel benefit for our Platinum members. In addition to this benefit, we offer complimentary Internet to all of our guests at our AloftSM, ElementSM and Four Points® by Sheraton hotels and resorts in North America. Additionally, all guests can enjoy complimentary Internet in the hotel lobbies of Sheraton® and W® hotels.
