What deadlines need to be observed when authorising and issuing voting instructions to the companys voting proxies?
As a special service, we offer our shareholders the option of authorising voting proxies appointed by the company and issuing them with instructions prior to the AGM. The voting proxies are obliged to vote according to the shareholder’s instructions. Shareholders wishing to use this service are asked to request an admission ticket to the AGM from their custodian bank. The authorisation form will then be sent together with the admission ticket. Authorisation forms can also be downloaded from the website at www.enbw.com/hauptversammlung .
