What dates should the Offeror use as the start date for the proposed System Life Througput (SLT)?

For the purposes of the RFP response, vendors shall use the following timelines for proposed System Life Throughput (SLT) calculations. WS 7-9: Installation at Boulder may begin no earlier than February 1, 2006. SLT should be calculated from the date after February 1, 2006 at which time the Contractor proposes to commence Acceptance (i.e. the date on which the system is installed, ready for users and archive data is available). WS1-6: Installation for WS1-6 may be accomplished during the quarter prior to October 1, 2006. Installation may include setup of archive meta-data services, but no user files may be transferred to the new HSMS prior to October 1, 2006. SLT should be calculated from the date at which time the Contractor proposes to commence Acceptance (i.e. that date on which the system is installed, ready for users and archive data is available), but no earlier than October 1, 2006.
