The bid submission portal will be open on 11:59:59 PM MDT on April 14th through the homepage of the NACURH, Inc. website (www.nacurh.org) ONLY. No other submission format is acceptable. You will only have 24 hours to submit your bid – which will close 11:59:59 PM MDT on April 15th. Please note the time zone. This means, if you are uploading a large size file, ensure that you have accurate amount of time to post up the bid as the portal will close automatically, which could result in not submitting the file in its entirely.
