What data, including attendance, event revenue, proceeds distribution is/will be available?
Moving forward, financial data including attendance, surveys and event revenue from the 2009 White Attire Affair and other project ventures (including updates) will be presented to the general public during our annually scheduled Board Reception to be held Saturday October 10, 2009. With the assistance of key sponsorships and grants, our overall goal is to set funds aside to ensure proceeds from the Annual White Attire Affair will be distributed to an organization that has been selected to receive funding from the Board of Directors of Al Sura, Inc. 30 calendar days before the Annual White Attire Affair. A separate reception for distribution of funds will be included in our social marketing campaign schedule.
