What data formats can be uploaded to Clarabridge® Self Service?
Clarabridge® Self Service Beta accepts data in Microsoft Excel 2003 (.xls) and 2008 (.xlsx) formats. If your data is in a text file such as a comma-separated values (CSV) or tab-separated values (TSV) file, first load it into Excel and then save as an XLS or XLSX file. If your data is in a Microsoft Access database (MDB), export it to Excel and save it as a XLS or XLSX file. If you don’t have any data yet, or would like to see an example file, you can use the sample file provided on the first tab of the upload wizard.
