What data files does Sunny use?
Sunny uses three files to hold data about the sign, messages and schedules. It holds messages and schedules in a single database file *.db, where “*” can be any name up to 8 characters long and defaults to “SUNNY.db”. Graphic files that can be pulled into messages are stored in a file called *.grf, which defaults to “SUNNY.grf”. Software settings are stored in a file called Suncfg.dat. Sunny uses a separate program to edit graphic files called “grafgen.exe” to edit the *.grf file. Grafgen.exe has a configuration file “grafgen.cfg” that holds the grafgen.
