What data elements will be changed or removed by Claredi Classics de-identification utility?
With the standard configuration, all individual identifiers, date of birth, phone numbers, names, and addresses are replaced. This includes both subscriber and patient data. Providers are not automatically de-identified, but you can change the configuration file to de-identify providers or to change any other X12 segment.
