Every three months grantees are officially required to upload their GPRA data into the Services Accountability Improvement System (SAIS), which permits the federal agency to view the data. How are ATR grantees transferring the GPRA data to CSAT? Grantees go to the website, www.samhsa-gpra.samhsa.gov, where they can enter and submit their GPRA data.
