What Daily Routines Work to Get Abs?
If you want to get abs but you just don’t have the time to get on the floor and do crunches and you don’t have time to go to the gym then do some of these easy routines. The best routine I have ever used and I still use is just tightening my abs. If you are just sitting at work tighten your abs for 30 seconds and then release and do this 10 times. It will be a great way to firm your abs, but it won’t burn much fat. The next best way to get abs is by just lifting your feet slightly off the floor. If you do this it will make your lower abs work to stabilize your body. You can do this if you sit during work or during lunch and maybe even dinner. A fun exercise that I love doing for my abs is what I vacuum the floor at home I tighten my abs while I do it and I also stretch like I am doing a lunge in order to get far places. I like this one because it uses 2 methods and you get stuff done while you do it. And the last little exercise I would add to your routines are for when you drive. If y
