What customers are affected by the migration?
All those customers who have booked a TUIfly flight on a city route that takes place after 25 October 2009 will be offered the chance to change their contract (information will be supplied to the email address given at the time of booking). From 25 October 2009 all flights on city routes will be operated by Air Berlin. The determining factor is the date of the flight. A customer who has his outward flight before 25 October 2009 and his return flight after 25 October 2009 will remain a customer of TUIfly.
