What customer support is planned for the launch?
A. We will provide ongoing information and support for customers and researchers up to, during, and following the launch of Wiley Online Library. This includes 24 x 5 email and telephone support and 24 x 7 online self-help. We will keep this information site updated with the latest FAQs and resources to ensure a successful transition and will continue to send out updates via email, RSS, Twitter and Facebook.
