What current projects are underway?
In 2010 two new sculptures will be added to the collection. Light of Hope and Healing, a bronze, black granite and acrylic resin sculpture by Meg White of Stephensport, Kentucky, is planned for installation in the Hux Cancer Center at Union Hospital in the late fall. Max Ehrmann at the Crossroads, a lifesize bronze sculpture of world-renowned poet, Max Ehrmann, will be installed this summer. We will also be busy raising funds for a sculpture at the new Terre Haute Children’s Museum scheduled to open in early 2010, and will continue to place one or more new sculptures along the Terre Haute Arts Corridor. Many other sites are under discussion and there continues to be widespread interest throughout the community.
