What currency is used in Russia apart from roubles?
Apart from rubles, there are two currencies most widely used in Russia, those are dollars and euros. The dollar has been around for quite some time since the collapse of the soviet union, people trust dollars and they know how much they’re worth and how much you can buy with them. In terms of euros, they’re also quite popular and they’ll probably replace the dollar after a while, but at the moment both the currencies run on their own but you have to keep track of the exchange rates to make sure you don’t lose any value on your transactions.
