I always would suggest you to join a job as soon as you complete your MBA. If you want to study after MBA, take decision after gaining few years of experience and your interest. However, it’s not recommended to leave the job for studying other courses after MBA. Finance graduates can go for CFA or internation CFA. If you are interested in SAP, go for ERP courses. However, ERP courses are really expensive. Certification on ERP is even more expensive.

After completion of MBA in India it is suggest able to go for job but if you still willing to study than the course would depend upon your area of specialization you have studied. Eg Finance – You may either go for an additional diploma couse in finance or any of the certifiate progromme so as to be sound in finance stream.
