To achieve the PJF-phenomena, CryoPen instruments utilize economical gas-efficient disposable cartridges filled with Nitrous Oxide (N2O) which have been approved to comply with the strictest safety criteria and keep the CryoPen functioning properly. The pressure in the cartridges is expressly tailored for optimal operation. One cartridge can be used to treat multiple lesions on one patient. Cartridges come in boxes of 24 Peelpack units, each with the capsule and the very practical opener/filter device for exceptional standards of flexibility, simplicity and safety. Direct inhalation of the contents of the N2O cartridges should be avoided.
