What criteria must an international medical graduate meet to be eligible for the AMC examination process?
An applicant must provide evidence of identity and must possess a primary degree in medicine and surgery awarded from an approved course of study by a medical school listed in the World Health Organization (WHO) publication World Directory of Medical Schools, in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED) of the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER), or in other publications approved by the AMC.
