What criteria have to be satisfied for an application for a traineeship to be successful?
We look for graduates who complete their studies without delay, above-average degrees, a command of English, our Group language, which is adequate to conduct negotiations, the right majors, initial experience for example through internships, a time spent outside Germany and solution minded entrepreneurial thinking. Command of a further foreign language, a willingness to work in a team and social competence are further important assets.
