All presenters and speakers are required to fill out a form the day of their presentation that lists the date, your name, address, telephone number, and the topic that you are addressing. In addition, when you stand up to speak, please state your name and address clearly for the public record. In the Board Room, the County can facilitate your oral, video, and electronic presentations. We do ask, however, that you contact the Administrative Services Department, at 850-983-1858, or the Computer Department, at 850-983-1840, at least one to two days prior to your video or electronic presentation so that we have time to schedule an appointment to test your medias compatibility with our system. This is especially imperative for those planning to run a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation from a personal laptop computer. Due to compatibility issues with many laptops, the County strongly suggests that you make your presentation available on a floppy or zip disk or a CD to ensure that it will work
