Our Project Development division submits tenders for review in competition with other project management firms. As part of the brief for each upcoming tender, we are supplied with specific terms of reference for each position required for the bid. We generally require candidates with experience in the designated country, and extensive technical knowledge and expertise in their field. Our Project Management team will search for suitable candidates to fill vacancies on current projects, while country specific experience is highly regarded, there are some situations where it is not essential. Again, being an expert in your field of choice is a key element, and for all positions, experience working in a development context is important.
