Criteria that have been used to make this judgement are: • Be a maintained secondary school situated in Future Leaders operational regions (preferably with more than 15% of your pupils eligible for FSM) • Be achieving year-on-year improvements in outcomes for children with an ethos of high expectations • Be committed to providing a suitable training environment for the Future Leaders and continuing professional development for all staff
