Phi Theta Kappa membership is based on academic achievement. Students must be enrolled in a regionally accredited institution offering an associate degree program, must complete a minimum of 12 hours (units) of coursework leading to an associate degree, must have a 3.5 grade point average, and must enjoy full rights of citizenship.
