What credit card types are accepted by the booking system ?
Q – My credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting it. Why? There are a few possibilities: -Your card type is not accepted at the hotel NH -The card expiration date precedes the reservation date. -You have reached your credit limit. -There is a computer error. Q – Open all year ? A – The Hotel NH is open 24 / 7 i.e. all year round. Q – Is there a NH Hotel shuttle service to/from Florence or Pisa airport? Pick-up can be arranged on request. Costs vary depending on which airport you are arriving. Q – Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, etc)? The NH Hotel Florence staff will certainly do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee guest room location because it is subject to availability.
