What credentials are required to be a teacher at OSD?
Teachers of the deaf at OSD must have at least a bachelors degree or a masters degree in deaf education, eligibility for Ohio teacher licensure, completion of a criminal background check, and fluency in using American Sign Language at the Advanced Level on the Sign Communication Proficiency Interview.
