What crayfish are commonly available in the UK?

The Florida blue crayfish (Procambarus Alleni) and the Australian Yabby (Cherax Destructor) are the most readily available, sometimes the Maroon (Cherax Tenuimanus) also appears on trade lists. However there are strong legal restrictions on the species allowed into the UK, as an American invader (the red signal crayfish) has already decimated our native species to near extinction. They therefore should never be kept in a pond, and only the American crayfish should be removed from the wild to keep at home.
