What crap can I clean out of my RAM and whats the pocedure.?

I believe you are talking about cleaning “crap” out of your harddrive. RAM is for drivers and programs that are currently in use by the computer. Once the program is closed the RAM memory used is typically freed. What you clean out of your computer is your choice. Clean it based on what you use and don’t use. Leave the windows folder alone and you should be okay. There is no way of anyone knowing what you have or do not have on your computer.
