What CPD records does the Board require participants to hold?
You need to obtain and retain records for your attendance at core and elective CPD activities. For CPD activities that attract one CPD point per hour, you need to obtain a statement of attainment, a record of completion or a certificate of attendance. For CPD activities that attract a half point per hour, records of attendance are needed. Some examples are: receipts for seminars, or notes on approved videos/DVD or multimedia programs. For more information see the CPD point entitlement table in the Guide. The Board recommends you maintain a Training Log Sheet giving details of each CPD activity completed. See the Guide for further information on what needs to be included on your training log sheet.
